This exercise or its called Kegel exercise, is use by pregnant woman to improved their abdomen muscle and for treatment pelvic floor muscle damage. Kegel exercise can be applied to man. One study has found, pelvic muscle exercise can help men who have problem with impotence or premature ejaculation.

These exercises involve contractions of the pelvic floor muscles repeatedly. You can identified the location of this muscles by holding your flatus (stop wind from coming out from your anus). Try to contract it on and off, the muscle that you felt in the pelvic near the anus. Contract that muscle only and make sure no other muscle involved, such as muscle at your thighs and stomach. You need to hold the pelvic muscle for three seconds and then release it. Do this as much as ten to fifteen times a day.

This exercise should be done in the morning, noon and at night and with different positions. For example for morning exercise your will lying on your bed, for noon, you can do the exercise by sitting down and at night you can do it in standing position.

This exercise should be done regularly and continuously. The effect will be felt after doing this exercise for 3 to 4 weeks and by doing it regularly, continuous and without stopping.

Another tip, every morning when you want to urine, try this exercise. Piss out a small amount of your urine and hold yourself from urine, for ten seconds before you let out all your urine. For a start, this exercise may cause pain but soon it will be disappear. Keep on doing this exercise, hold it for 10 seconds or until you feel no pain and its may take weeks to reach that level.
